Please provide the license plate of the vehicle you traveled with and we will store your belongings for you so you can pick them up. We can also mail them to you at your expense.

First of all, make sure that there are no injuries. If there are, call medical assistance.

In the event of an accident without injuries, call roadside assistance. In the glove compartment of the vehicle you have all the documentation, as well as the telephone number for assistance. If the accident is minor, you can also solve it by filling out a friendly communication that you will also find in the glove compartment of the vehicle.

Do not forget to always notify Campermòbil of any accidents you have suffered.

In the event of termination of a binding booking, the renter will have to pay the following cancellation fees:

– From the day of booking confirmation and up to 50 days before the start of the rental: €300 as a booking fee.
– Between 49 and 15 days before the start of the rental: 50% of the rental price, with a minimum of €300.
– Less than 15 days before the start of the rental: 80% of the rental price.
– On the same day of the rental or if the vehicle is not collected: 95% of the rental price.
